2025 State of Pre-K
A detailed analysis of Mississippi’s pre-K landscape in 2023-2024.
As part of our landmark State of Pre-K series, Mississippi First is excited to launch the 2025 edition with some powerful interactive dashboards that map pre-K access across every county and school district in the state. These dashboards reflect our deepened commitment to making high-quality pre-K data more accessible and actionable for communities, policymakers, and advocates.
For us, this isn’t just data—it’s a celebration of how far Mississippi has come in expanding access to pre-K, and a call to action to keep pushing forward toward high-quality options for our youngest learners.
